  1. Hi

On 27th May 2014, at 1500hrs we took Star Mart coach from Golden Mile Tower Singapore. We requested the counter staff that we will alight at R&R Serdang, which the staff acknowledge and written it on the ticket (Which we always do almost every week), attached is copy of the ticket.

Once the coach pass by Kajang exit. As always I approached the driver and remind him to stop at R&R Serdang. To my surprise the driver claims that it’s too dangerous and not allowed by the authority on alighting passengers at R&R Serdang. The driver just doesn’t stop at the R&R Serdang and droop us at the PETRON station after Sungai besi toll. (It doesn’t make sense that, you can’t alight passengers at R&R but you can do at PETRON?)

This result us very much inconvenience and just dump us at PETRON with no choice. We went thru so many hassles to get back home from the location that he droop us off. We have spent almost RMR$300 in arranging transport to reach home.

We hope to receive a satisfactory response to our feedback above, including how a coach company of such good standing could have mis-managed such an issue.

    Regards
    Robert
